Margaret - I'm native of Chicago. Having worked under chefs at the Ritz-Carlton in Chicago, The Four Seasons Hotel in New York, and as chef for Exotic Food Catering Company in Westchester County I am really excited to bring my love of cooking and dining to our own restaurant.

Mark - I Grew up in Pawlet and graduated from nearby Granville High School. I met Margaret at the Ritz. (I was her boss for a brief stint, but she's managed to turn the tables for the long haul.) I worked with her at the Four Seasons in New York before going to work in banquets at the Waldorf-Astoria.

Jack - I am gaining first hand experience in being a delightful four year old and I can identify most cars by make and model. Really Okay, so the truth is I'm not four anymore..

Olivia - Right now I am concentrating on being an adorable and agreeable child. I manage to succeed most of the time.
